Storm International, a company that manages gambling facilities, published its annual report for 2017. Compared to 2016 year, said Darren Keane, Storm International CEO, revenues increased by 12%, net profit grew up by 14.8%.
In 2017, the colossal growth was shown by Shangri La Tbilisi (21%) and Shangri La Yerevan with an outstanding 48%. The main reason for the active development of these markets is an increase in the flow of foreign guests, who continue to discover Tbilisi and Yerevan as interesting destinations for game tourism. In 2017, the number of international flights doubled in capitals of Georgia and Armenia.
Darren Keane, Storm International CEO, made the statement: “In 2017 the company continued to develop, despite the increased tax burden and increased competition in different countries. Our advantage lies in a strong team, its own management system, loyalty programs, and the strength of brands.”
At the moment, the holding operates facilities in Germany, Georgia, Belarus, Armenia and Latvia, and also develops licensed online casino.
